Feast your eyes on this selection of Pennard House Somerset documentary wedding photography for Angela and Anthony’s big day last year. This was the first time I had photographed a wedding at Pennard House, and what a stunning place it is, set in beautiful Somerset countryside with ample gardens, it’s a proper hidden gem of a venue. There’s even a 14th Century church a stones throw away from the house.
Angela & Anthony’s big day started with me arriving nice and early to cover Angela’s bridal prep. Always an exciting time of day with bridesmaids frantically helping the bride get ready, and the sense of excitement building at every second, all this makes for great photographs!
On from the prep we made the short walk down to the adjoining church for the ceremony, following this we all wandered back up to the house for the reception and evening gig.
A cracking day, helped enormously by Angela, Anthony, all their fab guests, perfect weather and a stunning venue.
Angela and Anthony were very kind in their email they sent me following the big day. It really makes my day when I have amazing feedback, sort of like a warm fuzzy hug on a cold winters day!
Hi Ian
Thank you so much for the photos they arrived on Friday, they are amazing, we are so pleased. You have captured the day perfectly, lots of love and laughter and we can’t wait to show everyone.
We are so pleased we chose you to photograph our day with your easy going but professional approach. You made us feel at ease from the moment you arrived and can’t believe how many different moments you captured when we didn’t even know you were there.
We will definitely be recommending you to others.
Thanks again
Angela and Anthony
