Lili & Rob – Wales Wedding Photography

Lili & Rob’s wedding had the following, a lovely church, an ice cream van, a field, a bbq and pyrotechnics to die for, in short it was cool! Their wedding took place in that rarest of events…a heat wave, way back in July of this year.

First up was me going to the Upper Grippath Farm Holiday Cottages just outside Newport to cover Lili and her bridesmaids getting ready. On from there was the ceremony which took place at the lovely St Michael’s church in Lower Machen. Once out of the church there was an ice-cream van on standby from the lovely folks at Hapus Ice-cream, to say this went down a storm was an understatement!

Lili & Rob’s reception took place in the field adjacent to Rudry Parish Hall. It looked amazing, I was blown away when I rocked up, each table had it’s own gazebo, there was a stage, some giant letters, a bbq and all sorts of beautifully made accessories doing the rounds. In short it was pretty ideal!

Rob is the creative director at the super talented folks over at Rockit Event Productions…so I knew something special was going to happen at the first dance…and well…it did, the photos prove it!
