Cardiff Wedding Photography – Julian and Laura – Maes Manor

Julian and Laura got married on the 15th October 2011 at Maes Manor just outside Cardiff in South Wales. I was helping out a fellow photographer on this day, while she covered the more formal aspects of the day, I concentrated on documentary style wedding photography.

This fun loving couple were rugby fans first and foremost, one of their requests was for documentary photography of Julian and his groomsmen watching the big Wales v France game. It’s great when couple’s add something a bit different to their wedding day, photographing Welsh rugby supporters and their emotions was an awesome experience and one that was definitely different to the normal pre-wedding preparations.

The day was fun from start to finish, photographing Julian and Laura’s big day was a great privilege, reportage wedding photography really does sum up a wedding day in a truly beautiful and unique way.
